This is either a fluted version of the Criterium seatpost, or a New Racer seatpost. Built in the style of the 1st gen Nuovo/Super Record post.
Condition
Very good to great used condition. Some uniform scratching throughout, but it’s light enough to still look nice. Hardware in nice shape, but could use a bit deeper cleaning.
