Exceptionally clean example of a vintage truing stand is Schwinn model S.S. 200 in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s catalogs. This was made for Schwinn by Park Tool. This was in the days before Park was a big name in the tool business, and they used this stand to help develop their first commercially marketed truing stand (the TS-1). Make no mistake this did come directly from the Chicago Schwinn distribution center, with the Schwinn decals on the uprights.
This a very heavy duty piece of machinery, with some lovely features such as domed and knurled plastic knobs. The build seems a bit more quality than the newer TS-2 and TS-3, and was designed to last a lifetime. Quite a rare piece to add to your Schwinn collection or showcase!
*All of these collectibles came from a closed Schwinn dealer called Kings Cyclery in Casper, Wyoming that I bought out. Everything was ordered directly from the Schwinn factory.

Excellent or better condition! This stand is fully functional, and free of rust or damage. All knobs spin smoothly, springs are tight, pivots are smooth and free of play. Hardware in excellent condition. Very light cosmetic scratches.
